SHOPPING CITY, BELGRADE
Project "BRDO" - SHOPPING CITY is planned as the largest retail park shopping city in this part of Europe. Surrounded by two very important road junctions, such as the Ibarska motorway and the bypass road, this location has a very good potential suitable for this type of project. It is planned to construct on area of 100 ha of prime land, a complex of half a million m2. The complex should have 17 large retail facilities for various purposes such as : car showrooms, multiplex cinema, outlet shops, restaurants, "cash and carry" hypermarkets, specialized shopping malls for furniture, textile and big parking space.

NOVI GRAD U BEOGRADU - SAVSKE TERASE
The project was developed from 2008-2010. It was planned on an area of 250ha with housing and business areas. The residential area for 80.000 people consists of blocks of multistory buildings; apartment type buildings (2-4 apartments) and luxurious villas (with swimming pools), houses in lines, big hotel with congress center.
